Yes. We mainly specialize in lab-grown diamonds, but if a customer prefers natural diamonds, we can customize any design accordingly.

We primarily use certified lab-grown diamonds, offering the same brilliance and durability as mined ones. Custom natural diamond options are available on request.
Yes — we provide both certified and non-certified options, based on your preference. We work with trusted labs such as IGI, GIA, and SGL for authentic diamond grading and certification.
Our jewelry comes in 10K, 14K, and 18K gold — available in Rose Gold, Yellow Gold, and White Gold. We do not work with silver jewelry.
Each piece goes through multiple quality checks at every stage — from manufacturing to the final polish. Our QA team inspects every product before it’s shipped, ensuring you receive a flawless finish.
Yes. All our pieces are made with skin-safe materials and built to be worn daily. Our gold and diamond settings are crafted for comfort and long-term durability.
3. Orders & Payments
You can place an order directly through our website. For personalized or B2B orders, you can also contact us via WhatsApp, Skype, call, or email — links are available on each product page.
We accept bank transfers, wire transfers, and PayPal. For B2B or international clients, secure payment links can be shared directly.
Yes, changes or cancellations are possible within 24-36 hours of placing the order. Once production begins, we can’t make cancellations.
Yes, you can pay in 2–3 parts. Full payment must be completed before delivery — we’ll show your finished product via video call before final payment.
We accept all major global currencies. Crypto payments aren’t available yet, but we’re working to add that soon.

Yes. We ship globally with insured delivery and full order tracking.
Delivery usually takes 8–10 business days for standard shipping. Express shipping is available, which takes around 5–7 business days.

Yes — all Oravelle orders are fully insured during transit for your peace of mind.
Depending on your country’s regulations, customs or import duties may apply, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
