Eligible for Return & Refund
You can request a return or refund in the following cases:
- Damaged Product: If the product arrives broken, scratched, or visibly damaged.
- Missing Items: If any part, accessory, or diamond piece is missing.
- Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive a different product than what you ordered.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To process your return or refund, you must provide an unboxing video that clearly shows:
- The parcel being opened from start to end.
- Our product tag and label clearly visible.
- The damage, missing part, or incorrect product.
Without a proper unboxing video, your return/refund request may be rejected.
Non-Refundable Situations
- If the customer provided the wrong size (rings, bracelets, etc.).
- If there is no proper unboxing video or unclear evidence.
- If the product shows signs of use, wear, or tampering.

If the issue is caused by us, we sincerely accept it and assure you it won’t happen again. We will take complete responsibility and resolve the matter smoothly.
