1. Diamond Selection & Sourcing
From Surat’s diamond hub, we handpick the finest lab-grown and natural diamonds through our trusted network. Every stone is ethically sourced, conflict-free, and selected for its brilliance and precision cut.

2. Certification & Grading
All lab-grown diamonds above 1 carat are IGI certified, while natural diamonds are certified as per client requirements. Each gem passes a detailed quality inspection before entering production.

3. Design & CAD Development
Our in-house designers craft every concept into a detailed 3D CAD model, blending modern aesthetics with technical accuracy — whether it’s a collection piece or a fully custom creation.

4. Casting & Crafting
Using premium gold alloys in yellow, rose, or white, we cast and craft every piece in-house. Skilled artisans handle the entire process — from molding to finishing — ensuring structure, strength, and finesse.

5. Diamond Setting & Polishing
Each diamond is hand-set by expert craftsmen under precision tools, followed by high-quality polishing to enhance sparkle and surface perfection.

6. Final Quality Check & Global Delivery
Every piece undergoes final inspection, hallmarking, and certification before being securely packed for insured worldwide shipping — delivering Oravelle quality straight from our workshop to our clients.
