Is the diamond real, and will I get a certificate?

Yes, it’s a real diamond. On this page you can choose between lab-grown and natural in the variation options. Lab-grown diamonds are made in a lab, but they are the same material as natural ones. Only the origin is different.

Diamonds above 0.50 carat come with an IGI certificate. For diamonds below 0.50 carat, we can arrange a jewelry certificate from IGI or SGL if you ask. 
How do I know the gold is pure?

Gold purity is measured in karats (kt). The higher the number, the more pure gold in your piece. You can choose 9kt, 14kt or 18kt, in yellow, rose or white gold. Our gold jewelry carries a BIS hallmark, which is the government’s stamp that confirms the purity written on it. 

If you prefer silver, every product is also available in 925 silver.
Can I customize my jewelry?

Yes. You can change the gold karat, the gold color and the diamond size to suit your budget and style. If you want special design, Message us on WhatsApp or Email and we’ll work it out with you.
How long will delivery take?

Once your order is dispatched, delivery within India takes 5–7 business days. For international orders, it takes 8–10 business days. Since most pieces are made for you, dispatch happens after your jewelry is ready.
Can I return or cancel my order?

You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. Because most of our jewelry is made just for you, we accept returns only if you receive the wrong product or a damaged one. So please check your karat, color, size and diamond details before you confirm
